Project outline
Although as a practicing jeweller, Yulia had a long-standing interest in keepsakes and mementos, expressed in jewelry, the Heart on a Sleeve was a project that triggered her interest in how digital element within jewelry may affect the relationships. The project was intended to explore if an accessory visualising heartbeat in real-time would hinder or enhance interactions between loved-ones.
Instructions: 1.Put the bracelet on over your sleeve (or directly on your arm 2.Hold the sensor between your fingertips (or against other area of your arm that has access to small veins) 3.Watch your heart beat real time.
